Ingredients:
For the Pancake mix
2 cup all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1 cup of water
5 tablespoons unsalted melted butter or vegetable oil
2 large egg
1 tablespoon vanilla
Instruction:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and baking powder,
In another bowl, whisk together milk, butter, and egg.
Add dry ingredients to milk mixture; whisk for 3 to 4 minutes or until just moistened Do not over mix
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add oil to the skillet.
For each pancake, use 1/4 cup of batter onto skillet. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes on each side
Ingredients: for toppings
2 peaches cut Into small pieces
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup pecan crushed For garnish
1/4 cup Mint Chopped for garnish
3 to 4 tablespoons of water or as needed
Instructions:
On Medium heat, In a skillet add Peaches sugar water and vanilla.
Let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes until the peaches are tender.
Garnish with mint and pecan
