
Love this recipe, it is very easy-to-make, simple, delicious, and healthy. This is chicken breast put in a food processer with cilantro, green onion, parsley, garlic, and spices. Then make it into a wonderful chicken patty place into an iron skillet to cook for few minutes. In a hamburger bun, add the chicken patty, cheese, and garnish with onions, and mushrooms. Then your favorite vegetables. It is a very healthy sandwich with very low calories.

Ingredients:
1 breast chicken chopped
1 cups cilantro
1 cups green onion
1 cups parsley
2 clove garlic
1 small hot pepper
1 tablespoon ginger
1 tablespoon Cumin
1 tablespoon black pepper
Salt as preferred
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Instruction:
Cut the chicken breast into 2-inch pieces with a knife.
Take the cut chicken pieces inside the food processor bowl by having the steel blade to be chopped.
Full the food processor 1/2 full of the chicken pieces. Run the food processor continuously for 2 minutes or until the chicken is fully grounded.
Take the ground chicken out of the food processor into a bowl and repeat the process until all the chicken is done.
Add the cilantro, green onion, parsley, garlic, ginger, and hot pepper into the food process let it run for 2 minutes or until all the ingredient is blended, then add it to ground chicken mixture and mix well. Add salt, cumin, and black pepper.
Make the chicken patties
In a skillet or iron skillet add olive oil then add the chicken patties cook for 5 minutes on each side or until is done.

2 cups mushrooms
1 large onion
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt as preferred
Instruction:
In a skillet add olive oil, add the mushrooms, onion, black pepper, cumin, and salt cook for 5 minutes or until it is tender.
Salad:
Add any of your favorites salad ingredients, my favorites are chopped lettuce, tomatoes, pickle, cucumber, ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard.
