4 to 5 beef kabab or lamb kabab cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 small red onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
3 to 4 eggs scrambled
1/2 cup parsley chopped
4 to 5 tablespoon olive oil
Instruction
Add olive oil, red onion in a pan and cook until it is tender
Add tomatoes cook until it is tender
Add the kabab cook for 3 to 4 minutes
Add the eggs and half of the parsley cook until the eggs are fully cooked
Plate kabab and eggs garnish with parsley
