Ingredients
½ cup tahina
1 ½ whole lemon juice
3 tablespoon olive oil
3 clove garlic crushed
½ long hot pepper or ¼ Jalapeno pepper crushed
½ teaspoon ginger crushed
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
½ tablespoon vinegar
¼ cup water
Instruction
In medium size bowl mix the garlic, ginger, and hot pepper or Jalapeno pepper mix well then add the tahina, lemon juice, olive oil, black pepper, cumin, vinegar and water mix well.
