Kofta is comparable to meatballs and served internationally with different names, with the main ingredient minced meat rolled into small balls and with additional ingredient used depending on different nationalities or countries the recipe is made. Kofta or meatballs is loved by young and old, it is simple and delicious recipe, can be ate in so many ways, it can be served as an appetizer, into a meal, into a soup and as a snack. Meatballs can be grilled, fried, baked and boiled. Meatballs is international dish, it is cooked all over the world in many ways.
