It is very simple and ease to make, it will take less than 30 minutes to make from start to finish. You just cannot go wrong with this dish. You can eat the Mukhalimuh with pita bread and salad by making small sandwich, cutting the pita bread into 4 quarters or into 2 halves, then fill it with the Mukhalimuh mix and add your favorite vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce and olives).

Ingredient
1 Ib ground beef
Large Onion chopped
2 cups scallions chopped
2 cups parsley chopped
4 tablespoon corn oil
7 large eggs
Salt as preferred
2 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chili powder
Instruction
In large cooking pan add the ground beef and let fully cook, then add the onion, scallions, parsley cook for about 3 minutes then add the cumin, black pepper and chili powder, mix well and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes add the corn oil, then add the eggs and mix well until the eggs well combined with the mix.
