
This recipe has two part, part 1 the making of the chicken, and part two the making of the vegetable mix and the sauces. I will do each part separately to make it easy to understand and follow.
Ingredient
Part 1
Breast Chicken cut in thin slices
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon Salt or as you prefer
2 Tablespoon of olive oil
Part 2
3 cups of broccoli
1 large onion
1 zucchini
½ head of small cabbage
½ can bambooshoots
½ cup of floor
½ cup of yogurt
Add water as need to make the sauces
1 tablespoon of salt or as you prefer
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon ginger powder
2 Tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup parmesan Cheese
Instruction
Part 1
Cut the chicken into thin slices,
In a deep dish add the chicken, salt, cumin, black pepper, nutmeg, ginger powder and olive oil
Heat the oven to 400 degrees and let the chicken cook for about 20 to 25 minutes.


Part 2
Cut the, broccoli, onion, zucchini and cabbage.



In a large pan add olive oil, and onion let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add broccoli, zucchini and cabbage and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes
Add the flour and mix very well, Add the plain yogurt and mix very well.
Add water if need to make the sauce. If you need to lessen the thickness of the sauce to make it smooth sauce mix.
Add all the spices, salt, ginger powder, cumin, black pepper, nutmeg and mix well and let it cook for about 5 minute until the sauce to start to bubble and the sauce is smooth. (Not too thick or very thin)

Add the bombooshoots and mix well.

When the chicken fully cooked take out of the oven and pour the vegetable sauce mix over the chicken. Garnish with the parmesan Cheese and return the dish to the oven for about 10 to 15 minute until the cheese is melted.
