
This recipe has 3 part the Baba Ganoush mixture, Chicken mixture and the salad mixture. I have separated this recipe into 3 part to make it easier to understand and follow. Also each part has its own ingredient.
Ingredient:
Part 1 (Baba Ganoush mixture)
1 small Eggplant baked in the oven for 30 minutes for 400 degrees. Until is fully cooked
1/3 cup of yogurt
1/3 cup tahini paste
2 clove garlic
1 Tablespoon ginger
½ tablespoon salt or preferred taste
¼ teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon of black pepper
Part 2 (Chicken mixture)
½ of chicken breast cut into slices
1 small onion cut into slices
1 small green pepper
1 cup celery
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Coriander
2 tablespoon salt or preferred taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 to 3 tablespoon of water
Part 3 (Salad mixture)
¼ head of lettuces chopped `
1 cucumber cut into small pieces
2 small tomatoes cut into small pieces
1 small green peppers cut into small pieces
3 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoons salt
¼ cup of feta cheese
Instruction
Part 1
In a blender put the cooked eggplant, yogurt, black pepper, tahini paste, garlic, salt, cumin, ginger and olive oil and let it blender for about 4 to 5 minute.



Part 2
In a pan add the olive oil, chicken and let it cook until it is well done. Then add the onion, green pepper Celery, cumin, black pepper, Coriander and salt. Add about 2 to 3 tablespoon of water to the mix and let it cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables is tender.


Part 3
In a bowl add the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, vinegar, olive oil, and salt.


Part 1
Take the paste of the Baba Ganoush from part 1 and spread it on deep dish.

Part 2
On the top of the Baba Ganoush put the chicken mixture from part 2.

Part 3
Then put the salad from part 3 on top of the Baba Ganoush and the chicken.

Garnish with feta cheese.
