This is a very healthy and delicious dish. Burghul is very low in fat, one cup serving holds under 34 grams of carbs, 6 grams of protein and 1/2 gram of fat. kubba is a dish that is made of bulgur with semolina and stuffed with minced onions, finely ground lean beef, with Iraqi spices. The kubba is shaped into small patties and cooked in water. Vegetables added on top of the kubba, eggplant, onions, green pepper and tomatoes, then it will be topped with tomatoes sauce. This dish makes excellent recipes for a big party, large family gatherings and especially for holidays. I like to serve this dish with basmati rice and salad, it will make an excellent meal for the whole family.
